This Shipping Policy applies to any physical materials or products that may be shipped as part of our service packages. As RLC Market primarily provides digital services, this policy has limited application to most of our offerings.
Most of our services result in digital deliverables that are provided through electronic means such as email, cloud storage, or our client portal. These deliverables are not subject to physical shipping.
In cases where physical materials are part of our service offering (such as printed marketing materials, promotional items, etc.), the following shipping policies apply:
We use reputable shipping carriers to deliver physical materials. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during the service agreement process. These costs may vary based on destination, package size, and shipping method.
For international clients, additional shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our service fees unless explicitly stated.
When physical items are shipped, tracking information will be provided via email once the package has been dispatched.
If you experience any issues with the delivery of physical materials, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any problems.
